Job Title / Designation: Service Coordinator
6. Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
Booking of AMC and warranty service calls.
Tracking movement of Technicians.
Making repair quotations.
Spare part follow up.
Making job sheets.
Allotting work to technicians.
Answering service calls.
Making MIS of open calls.
Escalating important or urgent calls to senior management.
7. Specific Skill Set :
Should be from the Service department background.
Must have worked in Service Centre.
Team handling capability.
Customer Handling.
Should be able to work under target oriented environment.
Leadership quality.
English medium back ground preferred.
Candidate must have the sense of Ownership.
Good with computer.
Good knowledge of ms office, excel etc.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Proficient in Tally. (taken as an advantage)
8.Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2-3 years.
9.Annual CTC: 1.2 – 2.4 Lakhs.
10.Location(s) of Job: Kolkata
11.Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate.
• Any other skill set: Handwriting should be good, Must possess leadership quality.
Good Communication and Negotiation skill, Leadership quality handling teams. Presentable & good attitude, Candidate should have the tendency to grow with the company and should be within the travelling distance of one hour.
13.Work Timings : 9:30 am – 7 pm
14.Languages : English,Hindi,Bengali
