Job position: - Team Lead (In-bound Sales + Client Relations)
Qualification: - Graduate
Experience: -3 - 4 years Team handling (telesales)
Salary: - INR 5 - 6 lakhs per annum
Job description:-
• Managing Team of Client Relationship Executives
• Experience interacting with customers in a meaningful way. Either as part of consultative
Sales or non-script based customer support.
• Setting up processes to ensure better delivery to customer and hence more conversions
• Handling of Sales lead its Closure
• Timely communication to customers/clients with focus on customer service and relationship
Building.
SKILLS:-
• We are looking for a Young and Energetic Person who has prior experience of leading a
Tele sales team.
• Is Target Oriented, Has Good Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Minimum prior experience in Tele-Sales- 5yrs
• Minimum prior experience of Team handling- 3-4yrs
• Is based out of Mumbai
