-Required fresher’s or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.
-Responsible for securing new customers. Follow up on customers.
-Maintain records of customer details.
-Outbound calling or customer services experience.
-Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)
-Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.
