Sales Executive

1. Dealing with Business development team & their queries.
2. Coordination & follow ups on all sales & its related activities.
3. Preparing Quotations & Sales contracts.
4. Up-keep of a client database, Microsoft Office.
5. To assist the sales team to maximize revenue for the department & exceed the target.
6. Receiving customer feedback and preparing the Corrective Action Preventive action (CAPA) plan thus ensuring customer loyalty.
7. Develop marketing strategies, pricing strategy
8. Preparing and maintaining MIS reports and monitoring the performance.
