Required experienced male/female with 6-12 months of experience in US tech support voice process.

Key roles and responsibilities-
â€¢ Persuade potential customers to purchase a product or services
â€¢ Describe product or services, respond to question
â€¢ Need to do problem analysis and resolution of software problems
â€¢ Have to handle clients professionally during all interfaces

Educational Qualification-
â€¢ 10 + 2
â€¢ Degree/ Diploma in any principle (IT degree/ diploma preferred)

Experience-
â€¢ 6-12 month experience in US/UK tech support voice process

Compensation-
â€¢ 10,000-15,000 (negotiable as on last drawn)
â€¢ Attractive incentive plans
