Reporting To: Functionally: Centre Manager
Administratively: Manager - HR

Main Responsibilities: • Provide, advice and manage Student network in implementing their annual objectives
• Drive student progression through Satellite or, conducted by trained faculties
• Lecture loading
• Troubleshooting during lecture sessions
• Ensure smooth registration process for students.
• Lead and support team members to ensure smooth customer service delivery for students.
• Ensure that highest standards of customer service is delivered to existing and prospective students on a continued basis.
• Plan and manage activities within the Student Support operational budget ensuring that operational expenditure is within target.
• To provide high level of service to students and maximum utilisation of the Centre for revenue generation.
• Any other projects as assigned by the line manager
• Accountability of payment procedures and thereby tallying the same with the physical reports
• Timely feedback and review
• Generation of centre/student related various reports
Educational Qualifications: • Minimum graduate (any stream)
• Sound Knowledge of Computer – preferably with Hardware knowledge
Experience : 1-5 Years
Skills: Capabilities of managing front & back Office
Salary Range: 8000-10000k
