New Delhi: A powerful social organization based in Nigeria organized a seminar cum talk for all those Nigerians and Africans based in India and looking for job opportunities in different industries. The session was held at Hotel Tulip at New Delhi.
More than 200 participants from different regions participated in the conference inaugurated by the Acting High Commissioner of Embassy of Nigeria in India H.E. Queen I Worlu who motivated all the present delegates and encouraged them to look for golden opportunities available in India.
“Media and Entertainment Industry is growing at the rate of 12 percent per annum. We are going to touch 1,80,000 crores turnover by the end of 2017. There is a demand for more than 4000 educated and trained artist and technicians in this industry every year” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios and ICMEI.
Only those technicians, artists, media persons have scope to grow in the industry today who are educated and trained in their subjects. This industry has changed its trends for enrolments,” added Marwah. John Uche Jesus renowned designer also spoke about fashion industry.
Sandeep Marwah has been already declared as the God Father to Nigerian Film Industry. He has been nominated as the Patron to Actors Guild Nigeria, Chairperson of Indo Nigerian Film Association, Advisor to State of Kano, and has already trained more than 100 Nigerians in this field. He is also the recipient of awards from Lagos University, Jos University and National Film School in Jos and has visited Nigeria two times as State Guest.
