Position Details: HR Manager – EM ISC
Reporting Manager: HR Director - RM India
Position Summary:
The Manager – EM, will lead all Labor and Employee Relations activities in the RM, This position is aligned with Labor & Employee Relations (LER) Center of Excellence (CoE) and reports directly to HR Director - RM India for Business. The position is a key member of the EM India HR Leadership and requires working in close collaboration with various leaders including HR, Legal, Operations, Government Relations, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Employee / Industrial Relations
 Support synchronization of business strategies and initiatives to drive positive labor and employee relations in the business group
 Implementation of comprehensive labor and employee relations strategies; to ensure zero down-time due to labor issues
 Develop and implement negotiation strategies
 Manage difficult employee relations issues
 Design and put systems and processes to regulate contract labor engagement.
 Ensure successful work place improvement committee engagement
 Research external trends and settlements to drive best practice processes and policies
 Develop and deploy labour deployment strategy in shop floor, Support in shop floor recruitments, Support Honeywell HOS process, support Supervisory development
 Develop external contact with apex bodies
 Develop and report LER metrics
 Drive R&R plans for shop floor.
