As per the study report corporate loose 15 million USD per annum due to lack of trained and skilled manpower. Also majority of candidates fail in interview due to lack of communication skills. In such scenario, like any other set of skills, can be learned, and needs to be practiced regularly in order to achieve proficiency or mastery.
SmartStart academy came into the existence after a deep study of the Indian Market and its requirements in the year 2016.
