6. Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
Attend the service calls.
Attend breakdown calls.
Give proper Feedback.
Report repeat calls.
Sale of spare parts.
7. Specific Skill Set :
Should have working knowledge of air conditioners.
Should be able to service breakdown calls for window, split and ductable air conditioners.
Should be able to service VRV and VRF air conditioning systems.
Should be able to train helpers.
Should update on calls to supervisor regularly.
8. Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2-3 years.
9. Annual CTC: 1 - 1.6 Lakhs
10. Location(s) of Job: Kolkata
11. Minimum Education Requirements: Higher Secondary
Any other skill set:
Should be soft spoken.
Should be loyal
Should be punctual
Should be professional.
13. Work Timings: 9:30 am – 7 pm
14. Languages: English, Hindi, Bengali.
