We need VOLUNTEERs who can join us to enlighten the life of underprivileged girls studying in Government schools, Corporation Schools and other Government aided schools.

About the TRUST:
The AVTAR Human Capital Trust (AHCT) is a charitable, public and social trust which was established in 2008 with the objective of providing services to people belonging to diverse segments of the society. Amongst the many initiatives the trust has undertaken are the funding of education of women belonging to BPL families, that of deserving, meritorious students from economically backward families, organizing social drives and championing the cause of women careers by promoting the cause of institutionalizing Flexible Working.

Looking for VOLUNTEERS (Probono Role)
As a PUTHRI volunteer you will not only stand to gain unique opportunities and remarkable experiences by donning one or many of these hats, but also transform the life of every PUTHRI in your own way!

MENTOR/TRAINER (Female candidates only):

Be a personal advocate for your mentee and inspire her spirit
As a mentor you will encourage, motivate, challenge and guide every PUTHRI scholar to think through different solutions for various problems in life. Based on her unique developmental needs, you will seek and create new opportunities to develop new skills and gain meaningful visibility for her and open her eyes and mind to different perspectives. Also, you will link and support their long term goals, values and emotions to a larger organizational agenda, as they become career oriented and career intentional to better their future and quality of life. Similar to being a trustworthy counsellor, as a Mentor, you will be able to make a real impact on the PUTHRI scholars through consistent and ongoing relationship building.
