1.     Profile

 

The profile of the spa therapist should be as following:

 

a.     Age: 18-30 years

 

b.     Male or Female

 

c.     Should know basic spoken and written English

 

d.     Physically fit without any health disorders

 

3.     Job Description

 

a.     Administer Massages, Facials, Body Polishes and Body Wraps to guests at the spa 6 days a week, 9 hours every day (between 6 am to 10 pm). Weekends will be compulsory working days – weekly off will be only between Monday to Thursday.

 

b.     Do 5-6 full body therapies every day.

 

c.     Do same-gender therapies only (Female to Female, Male to Male).

 

4.    Training, Probation, Confirmation & Salary

a.     Confirmed therapists also get paid 10 sick leaves, 5 casual leaves and 20 annual leaves (after one year of confirmed service)

 

b.     Therapist also gets complimentary (free) therapy worth Rs. 2000 per month.

 

c.     Salary increment happens every 6 months after confirmation.

 

d.     45 working days training programme in Pune worth Rs. 50,000/- will be provided FREE of cost to selected candidates.

 

e.     Therapists need to make own arrangements for accommodation after training period.

 

f.      Selected candidates will be serving minimum 15 months contract with the company. Original mark sheet (of your highest qualification) will be submitted with the company which will be returned once the contract period is over.
