VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for Technical Recruiter for one of our clients which is a leading Organization in Trivandrum with the following skill set and terms and conditions.

Skillset required:

Experienced Recruiters who has the ability to understand technology and keep updated of technology trends in industry.
Smart in sourcing methodology like headhunting, networking and other creative methods for technical positions.Â
Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases, conducting researches on socialÂ media.
Preferably someone who started their career in IT as Developer/Tester and later moved to Technical Recruitment
