1. Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
2. Coaching sales representatives and establishing sales territory.
3. Responsibility for setting up the distribution network for small machinery finance
4. Dealership management conducting a survey of deals in the market for a sourcing new business
5. Liaison with the network for sourcing new business
6. Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through, machine manufacturing, OEM, and open market sourcing.
7. Collections & delinquency management
8. Manage portfolio of existing customers and provide prompt service.
