Personal Fitness Trainer

Personal Training is my passion, a passion to help people live better lives. To see someone achieve their goals as a result of my help gives me great pride and satisfaction as a professional personal trainer. I normally work with people one-on-one, I can also travel to their homes around Clare for personal training

The main aim of the session is to chat about your fitness goals and anything you think may have stopped you from reaching these in the past.

Once we have set your goals, I then measure your fitness and other essentials such as weight and general measurements etc.

When we have all of these established we can make a plan that will help you to meet your goal, as well as mini-goals for you to meet along the way.

It's all about having fun, and pushing your boundaries to reach your goals. 

 

Remember the definition of insanity - doing the same thing again and again but expecting different results.
