Business
 Detailed understanding of the Works and working style.
 Complete knowledge of book’s Page sizing, typing, fonts, lay out, etc.
 Implementing innovative ideas for setting and lay outing of the books of the company.
Work-Management
 Hands-on Management of the work assigned with complete responsibility.
 Receiving & Delivering Work from Production Manager and Proof Readers
 Typing and Setting the book in pre-defined page sizing and lay-outing with attractive fonts.
 Working as per schedule provided with flexibility in work as per requirement by the company.
 Approval of layout and final material from proof readers
 Production Process
 Authors Submission of Books
 Books composing, Setting and lay outing of books
 Proof Provided to Proof Readers
 After Proofing – Corrections of the matter
 2nd and Final Proof to be provided to Proof Readers after corrections
 There after finalizing the matter after re-setting and sending it to the Production Manager for sending it to Author for Final Corrections
 After receiving of final corrections from the Author re-corrections (if any)
 Final Lay-outing of the work& Proof Readers/Production Managers approval required
 Tracing/Film to be made of the books
• Use digital illustration, photo-editing software, and layout software to create designs
• Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message
• Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use
• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
