Need A Software Sales Representative - Societytalk

We are a startup company based in pune “Officika Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” with our software product as “Societytalk”
Societytalk (www.societytalk.in) is online housing society management and accounting software. We are looking for a sales person to do following things
1. Understand the online societytalk software (We shall explain in detail about the software)
2. Understand how a housing society works, we shall be giving the understanding
3. Do internet based software advertising, find societies, fix appointment with the committee and demo our software
4. Every software subscription per society, the 30% payment would be given to the sales person
5. Software charges are 80 Rs per member of society. If a society is of 200 members then the cost of software is 80 *200 = 16000 Rs. (30% of 16000 = 4800 Rs paid to sales person)
6. A fixed salary of 5000 Rs per month
