Roles and Responsibilities:
1.To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
2.To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
3.To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis.
4.Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
5.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
•Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
•Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
•Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
