This course of PG Diploma in HR & Administration will provide the candidate with the knowledge related to some of the core functions of HR as well as some functions of Admin work.

Since the program is designed taking into consideration the practicality of the core functions and is also a work integrated programs, it will provide you with a better career graph, promotional opportunities, increased efficiency (and employment opportunities, if you are a fresher) in big, medium and small firms.

The PG Diploma in HR & Administration will be conducted over a period of one year and will cover 300 hours of classroom training (20 credits) and 600 hours (20 credits) of on the job training. The program can be pursued while working. This is offered at our Vashi Campus and classes are held only on weekends.

Trainees will be assessed on project work / On-The-Job training performance assessment by the organisation you are working / doing internship with and also a written examination conducted by TISS - SVE at the end of the course.
