VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for   JAVA Project Manager for one of our clients which is a leading Organizations in Mumbai with the following skill set and terms and conditions.

Skillset required:

Must have work experience in projects involving
Business applications (Sales, Production planning, Procurement, HR etc.)
development for customers from Manufacturing domain
Should have excellent understanding of Spring, Java, SQL and Database concepts.
Project  Management experience in Onsite / Offshore Model
Fluent in Japanese (N2 Level) and English language. Must be fluent is Japanese (Oral and Written),
Ability to engage with customer in Japanese.

Desired Skills

Should have excellent understanding and Hands-on on Spring, Java, and Database concepts.
Experience of developing Business Applications in Manufacturing Domain
Fluent in Japanese communication (Minimum JLPT N2 level is essential)
Minimum  3-4 years of Japan onsite experience is essential
Should be familiar with Development and Support Project Life cycle
Good Understanding on Project Management and Quality Management Techniques.
Should be well versed with ISO and CMMI level process.
Essential to have good exposure and hands on in managing projects
with KPIs like Team Utilization, Project Profitability,etc
Experience of executing projects in Onsite –Offshore model
High Customer Orientation, Good written and Oral communication skills
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management
High level of Customer Orientation
