We are seeking administrative assistants who are very organized, detail oriented, task oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Scheduling and managing meetings of management staff.
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize productivity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Develop trust relationship with customers, suppliers!
Candidate must have good communication skills, fluent in English, handle customers with patience!
Will build effective relationships with customers and have regular contact with them regarding existing products feedback, New Customer referrel, information regarding new products....
Candidate must be well versed in basic computer knowledge and internet savy.
Must be self sufficient in handling customer based social media tasks.
Managing reception by attending Inbound and Outbound calls
Answering, screening and forwarding or keeping messages of any incoming phone calls.
Managing customer Data.
Serving customers by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, answering or referring inquiries and to provide information, determine their needs and guide them accordingly.
Email/phone communication for follow ups and feedbacks.
Office Assistance/Data Entry/Accountant:
Should help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Scheduling, Planning and Arranging meetings, appointments and conferences and other general secretarial work
Update appointment calendars etc.
Help with processing business documents and other order processing related tasks
