Executive Associate

Job Description:
Company is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team. Investment Banking Associates play an integral role on investment banking teams. At Ativir, Associates provide execution support for Debt syndication and other financial advisory services for clients across a number of sectors. Associates lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation.

Responsibilities include:
 Conducting industry, market and company-specific research.
 Performing financial analysis and financial modeling.
 Participating in client-engagement meetings.
 Developing and Maintaining Relations with Banks, Financial Institutions and Private equity Funds for client financing.
 Basic knowledge of Credit appraisal and risk analysis of clients, vetting of credit sanctions within regional limits, interacting with the credit committee in respect of financing proposals generated, controls over receivables.
 Building relationships and maintaining contact with established and prospective clients and professional advisors.
 Business Plan & Feasibility Study.
 Corporate Finance.
 Investment Banking.
 Preparing CMAs and Cash flows.
