Digital Rotary Evaporator

RE-2000ABE digital rotary evaporator is a small rotary evaporator independently developed by our company, including three models: RE-2000A rotary evaporator, RE-2000B rotary evaporator, RE-2000E rotary evaporator. It adopts two lines of large-capacity blue backlit liquid crystal display. The interface and the control part use a high-performance single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip. The price is cheap, the operation is simple, the quality is stable, and it is economical and practical. It is suitable for drying, purification, recovery and other operations in the fields of separation, crystallization, biopharmaceuticals, medicine, chemical engineering, etc.

Grouped equipment:

RE-2000A miniature digital rotary evaporator: DLSB-5/10 low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump and SHZ-D (?) circulating water vacuum pump.
RE-2000B miniature digital rotary evaporator: DLSB-5/10 low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump and SHZ-D (?) circulating water vacuum pump.
RE-2000E miniature digital rotary evaporator: DLSB-5/10 low-temperature cooling liquid circulating pump and SHZ-D (?) circulating water vacuum pump.

RE2000A RE2000B RE2000E rotary operation method:

1. Prepare:
After assembling the machine, connect the cryopump and vacuum pump according to the connection diagram of the supporting equipment;

Turn on the cryopump;
·Turn on the vacuum pump, start vacuuming, and pay attention to the reading of the vacuum gauge. When the vacuum gauge maintains the maximum vacuum for a period of time, it indicates that the equipment is well sealed and can start feeding.

2. Feeding method:
First pump the digital rotary evaporator into a negative pressure state, connect the feeding valve with the sample to be added with a hose, open the feeding valve, the sample will be directly pumped into the rotary bottle, and close the feeding valve after the feeding is completed .
