Objective of BAMS: The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) is a comprehensive undergraduate program spanning a duration of five and a half years, which includes a one-year internship. This well-rounded curriculum encompasses a wide range of subjects, combining the study and teaching of modern disciplines such as anatomy, physiology, medicine principles, preventive and social medicine, pharmacology, toxicology, forensic medicine, ENT, ophthalmology, principles of surgery, and more.
