DESCRIPTION

Job Duties:
 Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the company.
 Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
 Identify Service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
 Identify business opportunities and target markets.
 Build meaningful relationships within the company and trade.
 Meet individual and zonal sales targets.
 Ensure that appropriate information is available of the product or service being endorsed.
 Generate leads.
 Research sources in order to develop new business connections.
 Create and execute appropriate strategic plans to bring in more business.
 Identify sales opportunities and follow up on existing accounts for business development.
 Develop, identify and secure all relevant direct sales opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 6 months of Sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Must have trade, distribution, channel sales experience where transportation is needed.
• Must have strong problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate and respond quickly to sales & service issues.
• A confident and determined approach.

Languages:
English - Good, Hindi - Good

Shift timings:
10 am to 7 pm, 6 days working - Sunday Fixed Week off.

Compensation:
• In hand salary: INR 12000 to 15000 per month.
• Incentives: Depending on revenue generated.
