For 3rd party mortgage / profile funding, it shall be borne by profile owner which is payable by our client after 1 year. Our client will payback his part of amount 220Cr – 230Cr with interest by sale of 374 Acres project after developing it.
For private funding advance interest deduction can be done. For private financer expected ROI is 18%.
