Position: Medical Billing - Trainee(Voice Process)
Job Description:
* Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy.
* Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc.
* Meet QMS and ISMS requirements
* Meet productivity and quality standards.
Skills Required:
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Good typing Speed of 25 WPM / 90% accuracy.
* Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
* Age Preference 21 years to 28 years.
* Shift Timing: Night Shift between 6pm to 3am with five days a week.
