Maintenance of nursing records including nurses flow sheet, charts, consents, and initial assessment data for all assigned patients as per protocols.
Maintains continuity of care through clear and concise verbal and written communication with all departments, internal and external customers
Reception and orientation of newly admitted patients assigned to him/her.
Collects and sends all relevant documents duly completed to ensure speedy transfers or discharge process. Will accompany all critical & helpless patients.
Performs nursing procedures as per set protocols in the department
Imparts relevant health education to patients and families and documents of the same.
Takes care of all dying patients, maintains seriousness and accompanies every dead body to the mortuary.
Attends all in-service equipment installed in her unit Education programs and takes mandatory certification programs.
