Job Designation: Sales Officer (On Rolls and Full-Time Employee of ICICI Bank Ltd.)

About the Role

A Sales Officer Role is a Client facing role. The sales officers are responsible for the first level of customer interaction. They are responsible for creating new client relationships as well as deepening our relationships with the existing clients by offering them other financial products. All Sales Officers are assigned specific product and a specific geography, wherein they can identify new customers for the given product.

The CTC is 1.69 lakhs – 2.15 lakhs per annum + Benefits as per the policy of the bank.

About Training Program

ICICI Bank hires young graduates to join its dynamic front line Sales Force. The selected applicants are trained at ICICI Bank Sales Academy in association with ITM Edutech Pvt. Ltd. at Panvel. Training comprises of the 15-day full-time residential programme at ITM Edutech Pvt. Ltd Location followed by a 15-day internship in the posted location with the bank.

The training fee which presently is ₹ 14750/- ( ₹ 12500 + 18% GST) should be paid through

Demand Draft (DD) in favor of.ITM Edutech Pvt. Ltd will make the arrangement of lodging, boarding, travel and study material for 15 days residential training in Panvel. On successful completion of training, you will be posted in the branch of ICICI Bank as per the requirement of the bank.
