Job Role -

 

·         Development Manager will be reporting to the BH, they need to recruit Personal Finance Advisors (agents) who will be working on commission basis.

·         The DM needs to source business via these agents and go on sales calls himself as well. 

·         Development Manager (DM) is responsible for Sourcing, Selection & Recruitment of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) & developing and monitoring them towards achieving sales targets in a branch.

·         DM performs personnel management including recruiting and performance review. This would be the first level of management responsible for handling a team of insurance agents.

·         Building a team of PFAs

·         Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process

·         Training and Grooming his / her team of PFAs:

·         Perform the role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownership, customer focus,   entrepreneurship and team work across the entire branch.
