Board Of Director Finance 75k Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain effective and efficient system of internal controls in the financial system.
• Provide accurate & timely financial services including setting & monitoring of budgets, forecasts, management and financial accounts.
• Should ensure that the rent is collected on time.
• Should ensure that there is required amount of cash in the accounts for salary process or any activity or for promotion.
• Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
• Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
• Should review the preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, guidelines and statues including the production of financial returns as required, i.e. Government etc.
• Maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.
• Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized.
• Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
• Assist RVM and the Board with financial reporting as required at Board meeting and the daily meetings.
• Will be a member of the board.

Other Details:
• Minimum 4-9 years of experience.
• 12 hours a day.
• 6 days a week.
• 12 leaves in year including National Holidays and festivals.
• Break: 1 hour.
